Shipping Policy

Due to the heavy impact of the covid 19 epidemic on the freight sector, our goods will be delivered to our customers later than expected. We are very grateful that you continue to support us during this difficult time. We will try our best to deliver the goods to you as soon as possible. In case you have a delivery delay, or delay in receiving tracking please don’t worry, contact us whenever you need assistance, we are always by your side.

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with an invoice. The tracking is also shared via email. In addition, updates can be sent by email. Add accounts@caraudioexcellence.com.au to the address book or keep an eye on the spam folder.

Shipping time and Shipping charge estimates are as below:

Shipping: Domestic (Australia)

Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Transit Time:

•             Economy Shipping is 5 to 8 business days. (Monday to Friday)

Take into account products with an exceptional delivery time and products that may be out of stock. If you have a deadline for a certain order, it is a good idea to place it early. If you do have an urgent order, please contact accounts@caraudioexcellence.com.au If an item is not in stock, you will be notified and the item will be reordered. Shipping can be delayed until your order is complete. Different delivery times apply for deliveries outside Australia. These differ per country.

Exceptional delivery times currently there is a delay in the shipping process due to the lockdowns, RIVM guidelines, and sick reports at delivery companies. Method

caraudioexcellence works with various delivery services. You can opt for normal shipping, where the package is delivered to your home under track & trace. You check the option, and caraudioexcellence will automatically choose the nearest point for you. This information will be shared with you when the track & trace code is sent. You are responsible for collecting this package within the specified period.

Shipping Cost:

  • Free Shipping-Economy Shipping cost is FREE.

 

Shipments abroad are handled on a case-by-case basis. These costs are time-dependent and subject to change. No rights can be derived from this information.

P.O Box Delivery 

- All orders over 30cm x 30cm can NOT be delivered to a  P.O Box 

 

Address details the customer is responsible for entering the shipping address correctly. Even if an order has been prepared manually, the customer must check this data for correctness. If an address turns out to be incorrect, this is the responsibility of the customer. Any additional shipping costs for returning the package or losing the package will be charged to the customer. Even when a payment link is prepared for the customer, the customer is responsible for carefully checking this information (type of product, size, quantity and shipping address).

 

Receipt of goods

We are not responsible for receiving the goods. It is your responsibility to be present or to ensure attendance in case of delivery. In the event that a delivery attempt has failed several times and the package is taken to a service point, you are responsible for collecting the package on time or arranging for an authorized person to collect it for you. You are responsible for checking the Track & Trace code regularly to check whether you have missed the package. In case a package has not been collected in time, it will be returned to caraudioexcellence and you can collect the package from us. Of course, there is the possibility to send the package again at the expense of the buyer.
