It is recommended that you contact us via phone or email before placing an order if you are unsure as to whether the product you are wanting to purchase will suit your needs.
We have 7 days return policy.
To start a return, you can contact us at accounts@caraudioexcellence.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Products should be:
• In original condition(new)
• In the original packaging
Restocking fees:
No restocking fees.

Return Label:

• For defective products-If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label.
• For customer remorse-If your return is accepted, shipping costs are not refunded and are at buyers expense.
Return Shipping Cost:
You will be responsible for paying for all the shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you want to return the product, we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping cost.
Product Damage
We have a 7-day return policy. In case of a broken/damaged product received, The customer service team needs to be notified as soon as the product is received, in case there are any issues. Post the stipulated timelines, the team will not be able to honor any exchanges.
Incomplete Product / Partial Product / Damaged Outer Packing / Used Product / Wrong product
In the above-mentioned cases, kindly raise the request after receiving the product, Also attach the images and video of outer packing and inner packing with the product from all sides, its help us to resolve the issue.
In the case where you have thrown out the boxes in those cases, we are unable to help you.
Delivery issues, Issues with the delivery agent, Issues with Pod,

And kindly attach your identity & signature proof with the request which helps us to solve the issue.
